Shipping Policy

The first release ships to United States addresses only.

Production

Products are made to order. The current production estimate will be displayed before checkout once the sampled catalog is approved.

Delivery

Carrier delivery estimates begin after production and are not guaranteed. Tracking is emailed after shipment.

Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete deliverable address. Contact support immediately if an address is incorrect; changes may not be possible after production begins.

Lost packages

Report tracking that is stalled or marked delivered but missing to [support email] so the carrier and fulfillment record can be reviewed.
